Heat Set Vinyl is the best process for a one or two color simple design wehre you want only a few garmets produced. Vinyl is cut and heated into the garmet. This is a fast process, it it often used to add names to shirts that were silk screened. This is cheaper and much faster than silk screening for small runs.
